Slow week ahead

Expect the next week to be a slow one, folks, as my parents--as well as the hub's dad and sister--are visiting for the first time in ages.

I originally intended to publish two posts a day--just as I always do--while they're here, but now I'm thinking it will be more intermittent than that. So, I may publish just a single post on Monday, nothing on Tuesday, two posts on Wednesday ... you get the drift, right?

Also, I would have published a few more posts yesterday and today, but I've been dealing with a nasty cold for the last two days and I'm so hopped up on medicine at the moment that I can barely think straight.

  1. Don't you worry your congested head about us! We'll be here when you get back from real life. Feel better! And, of course, enjoy the company!!!

  2. Thanks, Justin! I certainly hope I get rid of this cold soon so I can fully enjoy the company. In the meantime, I'll sit around in a haze :)

I'm sure once I feel better and things have calmed down a bit (the first days are always the busiest with visitors) I'll feel like blogging at least a little bit...

  3. Hope you feel better soon!

Hope you enjoy the visits too, sounds like it'll be a crowded house!

  4. Thanks, Sean! I'm feeling a bit better at the moment, although it may just be the DayQuil :) As for us having a crowded house this weekend/next week -- you're not kidding! We've had four guests all stay with us at once before, though, so I think we're pretty prepared.

  5. Hope you're feeling better, Bryan! Of course family takes precedence over the internet ;) Looking forward to hearing more from you when things settle down!

  6. Thanks, Anne! I am feeling better today, though I'm still taking DayQuil regularly. Hopefully this is the last real day of it.

Also, yes, family takes precedence! We're having a nice time so far. I'll probably publish a few blog posts on Monday, though, as we'll be a bit more relaxed by then.
