'Real life Dr. Mario'
I've long been a fan of Dr. Mario, so of course I smiled when I came across the illustration below--produced by Berlin-based artist, Barto (aka bartotainment)--while perusing Flickr the other day.

Oh, that would be nice, wouldn't it? I may have to suggest that to the artist...
I too am a big Dr. Mario fan and also find this interesting. I like his "Real Life Final Lap" photo too!
