Although it's not as pristine as I was hoping it would be (there are a few dings and scratches here and there), it seems to be in good working order--and that's all that really matters, isn't it?
I'll take a few more Glamour Shots-esque photos of it after my latest game purchases arrive.

Hmmmm, let me go look... The brand is "TruTech," Nuts. I'm not sure that's going to help you, though -- I've never heard of it before now! We bought it at Target 3-4 years ago. I think it was pretty cheap at the time, esp. since it included a DVD player.

Sorry, this is a bit off topic, but I have to ask about the picture of the guy sitting on the bench with a joystick in hand that is on the banner of your blog. Did you draw that?
The reason I ask is that I was in a game shop here in Fukuoka today (Omocha Souko where I got my Twin Famicoms - hey, I guess it kind of does relate to this post) and I saw the exact same picture on a sign.
I thought "Hey, what is Bryan doing here? that is bizarre." Kind of a strange coincidence, but I wasn't sure. I took a picture, I'll put it up on my blog sometime.

Oh, no, I definitely didn't draw the image of the guy in my banner. The short story is that the guy is Takakazu Abe, the meme-inspiring star of Junichi Yamakawa's bara manga, Kuso Miso Technique. You're probably wondering why I decided to include him in my banner (which was made by my sister-in-law). Well, I just find the whole story surrounding the manga (and its subsequent fame) hilarious. Plus, I liked that my sister-in-law could change it up a bit by adding a controller to Abe's hand. (In the original image, he's pulling down his shirt's zipper).

Yep, it was Takakazu Abe. Not sure if you looked at the Wiki link, but the manga was/is definitely a bit, er, "adult" -- if not downright gross. Of course, that's why he's become a bit of an Internet meme -- and why you found a t-shirt bearing his image.
