Yep, I recently picked up--on the cheap, thankfully--a few more of the "pulse line" Famicom carts via eBay. Specifically, I bought
Devil World,
Donkey Kong Jr. Math and
Popeye English--each of which can be seen below. (Click to view larger versions.)
To see a few more shots of
Devil World, check out
the first page of my Flickr photostream. Photos of the rest of my (still small) Famicom cart collection can be seen
here.

they'r so cute, and clean, i like to take care of my game stuff
ReplyDeleteOh, me too! The DK Jr. Math and Popeye English carts have a few scuff marks on them, but other than that they're great (esp. for what I paid for them).
ReplyDeleteNext up: Baseball and Golf -- and then I'm done buying Famicom games for a while :)
Oh my gosh. I want to hear your impressions of Devil World when you play it.
ReplyDeleteWill do, Justin! Actually, I'm going to mention something soon regarding impressions/reviews :)
ReplyDeleteBTW, if you're not opposed to such a thing, you should download an NES emulator and this game (and many others that are unlikely to ever show up on the Virtual Console)!
Nice pics!
ReplyDeleteDevil World is kind of a cool game, I like it (forgot that it wasn't released outside Japan)! Enjoy (when you get the Red Twin!)
Thanks, Sean!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I like Devil World, too -- though I've obviously not played it on real Famicom hardware yet. Soon!
